What is Waldorf UK
Waldorf UK* is the national representative body for Steiner Waldorf education in the UK. An association of schools and early years settings it has members from across the UK offering Waldorf education.
We advocate for Waldorf education to government, its agencies (including government departments and inspectorates), the media and the wider educational sector.
We support schools and settings by providing access to a range of services and resources including a secure online community, core training, development visits, tailored continual professional development (CPD), webinars and conferences.
We represent the UK school movement internationally linking UK schools to the international Waldorf movement. We are members of the European Council for Steiner Waldorf Education (ECSWE) and the International Association for Steiner Waldorf Early Childhood Education (IASWECE).
Waldorf UK is the registered owner of the trade mark 'Steiner School' (Regd. TM 3069952) and supports its sister organisation, German Bund Der Freien Waldorfschulen in protecting the worldwide trade marks 'Waldorf' and 'Rudolf Steiner' in the UK.
