In Waldorf education, young people have the opportunity to explore not just who they are, but how they want to be in the world. Through our cross-curricular approach they develop a wide range of integrated knowledge and skills, as well as important and highly sought after dispositions such as creativity, critical thinking, confidence, empathy and resilience. Our alumni are recognised for their innovative approaches to problem solving, their ability to communicate and collaborate, their curiosity and their commitment to lifelong learning. They go on to excel in a wide range of jobs and professions: from doctor to musician, teacher to scientist, artist to policy maker, chef to engineer.
Itai Add will shortly start a job as a data engineer at Digi2al. In this role he will use cutting edge machine learning and AI to help the Royal Navy improve its decision making capabilities. Itai was selected to help build novel statistical models and software to detect anomalous behaviour at sea, in a collaboration between the Royal Navy, DSTL and Digi2al. His achievements were praised by senior members of the Royal Navy. Itai currently teaches secondary students biology, chemistry and physics. He has a masters degree with honours in Physics, Astrophysics, and Cosmology from the University of Portsmouth.
Jon-Francis Forward’s expertise in Environmental Assessment, Planning, Consents & Development delivers complex EIA Schemes Onshore and Offshore, developing major Renewable Energy schemes and facilitating the transition to a Net Zero Economy. Jon read Geography at Durham University gaining a First Class Hons BSc and winning Durham University’s two year Laidlaw Research & Leadership Scholarship.
Rebeca Gonçalves works with the European Space Agency and the International Space University, focusing on commercialization and innnovation for human and robotic space exploration. She read Biology, gaining a First Class Hons Degree at Bristol University, and a Masters degree in Astrobiology with Wageningen University.
Guy Vassall-Adams KC is a leading barrister in media law. He previously worked as a television journalist and as a researcher on conflict-related emergencies with Oxfam. Guy has worked as a humanitarian affairs officer with the United Nations. He read Philosophy and Politics at Oxford University.
Dr Sophie Brett is part of the Prosper Policy Team, bringing people together from government, business, and civil society for a prosperous and sustainable Scotland. She previously used her environment and resource policy expertise for the charity Keep Scotland Beautiful. She is passionate about creating a circular and sustainable Scotland.
Nicholas Korth has been Principal Horn Player BBC Symphony Orchestra since 2000 and is a commissioned composer working with natural harmony.
Lorcan Healy is a professional goalkeeper for Shelbourne FC. He is the founder and CEO of Eos Elite Ltd, a performance brand that serves more than 10,000 athletes. Lorcan was awarded a full sports scholarship to attend University College Dublin, where he completed a BSc in Health and Performance Science. He also received a scholarship to complete an MSc in Marketing from UCD Smurfit Business School.
Adam Henderson is a PhD student at the University of Edinburgh, currently researching the carbon impacts of changes within the energy system. He gained a Masters in Sustainable Energy Systems following a First from UEA in Energy Engineering,
Sulaika Weihs is the founder of STIL Lifestyle luxury boutique and also a volunteer fundraiser for UNHCR, where she uses her commercial expertise to bring together the power of fashion for good with Hollywood to support refugees.
Sustainability consultant Eller Everett is currently carrying out a PhD in regenerative business with Northumbria University. B corp trained and currently training to be a Carbon Literacy and CSRD trainer, she cofounded Iknyte, a platform for sharing practical sustainable solutions. Eller has a First Class Hons BSc Psychology at Stirling and PGCert Innovation, Enterprise and Circular Economy with Bradford University.
Adam Buick’s ceramic work is included in the V&A’s permanent collection. Acclaimed by the Crafts Council, Adam uses the pure jar form as a canvas to map his observations of the landscape, creating unique pieces that have presence and provide a sense of place.
Ruairi Bell was one of the youngest drivers in the British Rally Championship 2022. He won the Junior British Rally championship Fiesta prize 2019 and a scholarship to the junior world Rally in 2020. He deferred a university place at London School of Economics and drove for the Inspira Rally Team.
Adam Kes Hipkin FRSA is the co-founder of TEA films Ltd. Their award-winning work creating Shorts, Documentaries and Live Dance & Theatre Capture has been widely featured, including on BBC, MTV, National Theatre and Picturehouse Cinemas.
Maria del Mar Rojas is a sustainability professional transforming organisations through her expertise in partnerships, project management and strategy. She’s made impact to food systems with Compass at Google and used her business and carbon foot-printing expertise to make real world change with the Climate Group.
Dan Patrick Hipkin FRSA leads a team of award-winning creatives within TEA films. Their video work in the world of Music and Film Promos have led to collaborating with BBC Introducing, Spotify, Hugo Boss, Fender, Comic Relief and NSPCC.
Matt Rene is a multi award-winning director and producer, with projects across high end drama, comedy, children’s, entertainment, factual and reality. His work features on BBC, MTV, C4 and Netflix and includes the BAFTA winning, family drama series, Lovely Little Farm for Apple TV+.
Jacob Greshoff gained a First in Graphic Design from UCA and is an Account Executive at award-winning creative agency BBH whose clients span global brands such as Google, Netflix, Marvel, Volvo and Tesco alongside NGOs including Justice4Grenfell and Prostate Cancer UK.
Katharina owns her own wedding videography business, based in the UK and Mallorca. She shoots around 35 weddings a year, both at home and abroad. She began her career as an editor and camera intern in London that led her to secure a permanent job. In 2020, she started her now-thriving business, Films by Katharina.
Jan Macbean works as an architectural assistant at ACME. Prior to this, he worked in Basel for Herzog & de Meuron, and in Paris for Renzo Piano Building Workshop, building typologies for projects in Monaco, the US and China.
Mike Elm is an adventurer who inspires people to tackle the climate crisis. He was a founder and Vice Chair of the 2050 Climate Group, Scotland's leading youth climate charity
Joshua Stevens is a Postgraduate scholar at the University of East London, where he is completing a PGDip in Landscape Architecture.
Freddie is a freelance journalist and part-time NCTJ journalism student at News Associates. She has written for Runner’s World, Fabulous magazine, Sussex News and Pictures, and The Londoner. She writes about a variety of topics from crime to fitness, but is specifically interested in women’s health. She has a first-class honours degree in English Literature from the University of Edinburgh.
Warren Markert is a Lighting Cameraman at Shortcut Club Ltd. Following a degree in English Literature at Sheffield University Warren has worked on music videos, feature films, documentaries and corporate productions.
Maia Lloyd uses her expertise as a senior film editor to bring stories to life on screen. Her work ranges from big name brands like Saatchi & Saatchi and MTV, to compelling NGO causes including Comic Relief.
James McCullagh is Professor of Biological Chemistry at the University of Oxford and Director of the Mass Spectrometry Research Facility. He leads a multidisciplinary team exploring fundamental biochemical processes and developing biotechnology innovations across cancer metabolism, anti-microbial resistance and early detection of disease. James gained a D.Phil. at Oxford University and is author of over 140 research publications and several books.
William Davis works as a paralegal at Burges Salmon LLP in the dispute resolution team. He recently accepted an offer to train at Burges Salmon LLP starting in 2026 with an expectation of qualifying in 2028. William studied law at the University of Nottingham. He was a recipient of the law graduates association prize, graduating with the highest mark in his year group.
Nic Hailey is CEO of NGO International Alert. He was formerly UK High Commissioner to Kenya: Director General of Transformation with the UK Foreign Office and Deputy Ambassador to Kabul. He gained an MA in English Language and Literature with Cambridge University.
Anna Scott is a writer working in journalism and communications. After studying Geography at the University of Liverpool, she wanted to write about humanitarian and environmental issues. She studied the NCTJ Diploma in Journalism and became a freelance writer. Anna has bylines in New Internationalist, Tortoise Media and Bustle. She has written for Newsweek, Euractiv, CNBC Africa and Carbon Pulse as a ghostwriter.
Lauren Wagland works as an assistant to a talent agent that works with fashion talent, organising collaborations and partnerships. She works with high-end fashion brands including Burberry, Prada, and Purple PR. She also works with hair and makeup agencies, hotels and restaurants. Lauren achieved a first class BA in fashion design with knitwear from Central St Martins. She spent a year interning at fashion brands in Barcelona and Paris.
Elsie Mortimer is a prop modeller working on popular movies and TV shows. She has worked on major productions including the Great British Bake Off, Andor, and Venom.
