Waldorf UK is a registered charity and has a very modest income derived from contributions from its member schools. Charitable donations are needed to extend its work.

We need your help

Our schools have faced many challenges in recent years but out of those challenges have come huge innovation and renewal that is benefitting not just schools in the UK but which has the capacity to support Waldorf education around the world.  In order to carry out this once in a generation development work Waldorf UK requires additional resources and funds. If you are able and would like to help, please donate or call us to find out more about our projects.

Your generosity will also help us to offer:

  • Support for the development of initial teacher training that attracts nationally recognised qualifications.
  • Additional teacher development courses in areas such as learning support, science, Maths and upper school teaching;
  • More support for schools to develop good governance and effective financial planning and management. 
  • Advice and support for finance/business services including training for new Trustees in schools, chairing of meetings etc;
  • More workshops on school management, mentoring and training of staff;
  • More advisory visits and support to those working in our schools; extend the service to non teaching staff;
  • Research into the curriculum and the needs of the child today and alternative ways of assessment;
  • Strengthen our public policy and PR capacity to support improved reputation of Waldorf education;
  • Provide more support to develop new opportunities for additional state funded academies in the future.

Making a donation

Did you know that Waldorf UK is a registered charity? This means that if you complete a Gift Aid declaration form, for every £1 you donate, we can reclaim an additional 25p from HMRC at no extra cost to you. Please complete the Gift Aid declaration form and return it by post or email to Waldorf UK - finance@waldorfeducation.uk

1. By Cheque

Cheques should be made payable to Steiner Waldorf Schools Fellowship, and mailed to Waldorf UK, 35 Park Road, London NW1 6XT.

2. By Direct Debit

If you would like to set-up a one-off or regular payment to Waldorf UK direct from your bank account, please consider completing a Direct Debit mandate. This can range from £5 per month upwards and will benefit the movement indefinitely. Please post the completed mandate to Waldorf UK at 35 Park Rd, London NW1 6XT or email it to the office - finance@waldorfeducation.uk. If Gift Aid applies, please also include this completed form.

If your circumstances change and you would like to increase or cancel your direct debit, you can do so by emailing us directly finance@waldorfeducation.uk or by contacting your bank directly.
